BBT Technology is located in the New Taipei Industrial Park. The standard manufacturing plant covers an area of 350 ping (approximately 163 square meters) and the factory registration number is 65000589.
Machine automated production line
BBT Technology provides customers with the introduction and implementation of automated production through professional technology and precision machinery and equipment, which can also improve customers' productivity and competitiveness.
From material feeding to slitting and rewinding, laminating and slicing, die-cutting and punching, and product inspection, all processes are completed in a streamlined manner in our factory. We can perform the following processes:
※The tape can be punched into various shapes, such as rolls, sheets, half-cuts, and full-cuts.
※Punchable foam, copper and aluminum foil, heat dissipation materials and various special materials.
※Multiple bonding, secondary stamping, microcomputer control, and precise dimensions make it suitable for various tapes and special materials.
※It is used for punching and forming products with a large area, and for precision punching and full-section punching.
※The finished product can be bonded by heating.

We have a team of excellent production line personnel and a robust management system, enabling us to quickly and accurately meet customer requirements, from product fitting and quality management to packaging and shipping. BBT To provide the best products to our customers, every step of the manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to finished product, undergoes rigorous quality control testing.
We can also meet customers' needs for prototyping and small-scale production, and flexibly allocate manpower to perform operations such as molding, cutting, stamping, punching and assembly.
