We are familiar with and experienced in the selection and application of various materials, including single-sided and double-sided adhesive tapes, foam materials, copper and aluminum foil tapes, conductive and thermal conductive EMI shielding materials, protective patches, film-based protective materials, and various insulating materials.

From die design, fixture design, and lamination structure planning to mass-production die-cutting, lamination, secondary processing, and composite processing, all processes are designed by our in-house engineering team and completed through integrated production within our facility.

We believe that understanding material properties is the starting point of a reliable manufacturing process.

Therefore, Billion Builder Technology plans the most suitable process solutions based on customers’ actual requirements and application conditions. With advanced equipment, we provide tooling and production according to customer drawings and concepts, while also offering lamination design and contract lamination services to ensure stable product quality and accurate delivery schedules.
