    2.Design of an application-assisted fixture for bonding the tape to the customer’s component.

Our company handled the entire manufacturing and application process.

In this case, the tape was applied to a small component. A raised structure adjacent to the bonding area interfered with alignment and pressure application, making the assembly process highly challenging.

This project demonstrates our capability in handling difficult bonding positions and precision tape application on small components.

The bonded component is not manufactured by our company.
